Job summary

Chapter Aesthetic Studio is seeking a confident Registered Nurse to provide advanced aesthetic care across multiple locations in the Minnesota/Wisconsin region. This full-time, travel-enabled role offers a base salary with incentive pay and comprehensive benefits, with no overnights.

You will perform treatments like Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, and laser procedures while ensuring consistent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Iowa (multi-state licensure a plus).
• 1–3 years of medical aesthetics experience or formal aesthetics training.
• Willing to travel between multiple studio locations in the region.

Responsibilities

• Deliver standout treatments, including Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRP/PRFM, laser resurfacing, and more.
• Maintain consistency of experience across studios and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Support sales consultations and educate guests on memberships and treatment options.
• Keep accurate clinical documentation and follow established protocols.
• Uphold cleanliness and compliance across every treatment environment.
• Collaborate with studio teams to drive performance: revenue, rebooking, and retention.

Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $70K+ base, plus monthly incentive pay. Your earning potential is truly up to you. Location: Minneapolis based (Travel-based role supporting multiple Chapter Aesthetic Studio locations Eden Prairie, Eagan, Coon Rapids, Rochester, St. Cloud, Green Bay, Brookfield)

What You’ll Do

• Move the needle. Partner with studio teams to drive performance - revenue, rebooking, and retention.

What You Bring

• Active RN license in Iowa (multi-state licensure is a big plus)
• 1–3 years of medical aesthetics experience, or formal aesthetics training
• Enthusiasm for a multi-site role, you're flexible and ready to move between studios in your assigned area
• A personable, confident, and professional presence with guests and teammates
• Sharp organizational and documentation skills
• Comfort with EMR platforms and treatment technology
• Self-motivation, adaptability, and a strong sense of clinical responsibility
