Job summary

Chapter Aesthetic Studio is seeking a confident Registered Nurse to deliver aesthetic care across multiple Minnesota/Wisconsin studios. This full-time role offers a $70K+ base with monthly incentives and travel between Eden Prairie, Eagan, Coon Rapids, Rochester, St.

Cloud, Green Bay, and Brookfield. You’ll perform treatments, maintain consistent guest experiences, and guide membership options while supporting sales and clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Iowa; multi-state licensure a big plus.
• 1–3 years of medical aesthetics experience, or formal aesthetics training.
• Willingness to travel across multiple studios in MN/WI region.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Comfort with EMR platforms and treatment technology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRP/PRFM, laser resurfacing.
• Maintain consistent care across studios and guests.
• Support sales consultations and educate guests on memberships and options.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow protocols.
• Uphold cleanliness and compliance in every treatment environment.
• Collaborate with studio teams to drive revenue, rebooking, and retention.

What You'll Do

What You Bring

• Active RN license in Iowa (multi-state licensure is a big plus)
• 1–3 years of medical aesthetics experience, or formal aesthetics training
• Enthusiasm for a multi-site role, you’re flexible and ready to move between studios in your assigned area
• A personable, confident, and professional presence with guests and teammates
• Sharp organizational and documentation skills
