Job summary

Chapter Aesthetic Studio is seeking a confident Registered Nurse to provide aesthetic care across multiple Dakota’s studio locations. This travel-based, full-time role supports patients with injections, lasers, and other treatments while delivering the same high standard of care at every site.

You will rotate between Fargo and nearby Iowa studios, with no overnights. Enjoy a competitive base salary starting at $70K plus monthly incentives, paid training, travel reimbursement, and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (Iowa); multi-state licensure is a big plus.
• 1–3 years of medical aesthetics experience or formal aesthetics training.
• Willingness to move between studios in the assigned area.
• Personable, confident, and professional with guests and teammates.
• Sharp organizational and documentation skills.
• Comfort with EMR platforms and treatment technology.
• Self-motivation and adaptability with clinical responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Deliver standout treatments, including Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRP/PRFM, laser resurfacing, and more.
• Ensure guests receive a consistent Chapter experience across studios.
• Support sales consultations and educate guests on memberships and options.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established protocols.
• Uphold cleanliness and compliance across every treatment environment.
• Partner with studio teams to drive revenue, rebooking, and retention.

Location: Fargo based Dakota’s and parts of Iowa (Travel-based role supporting multiple Chapter Aesthetic Studio locations Orchard Park, Tonawanda, Pittsford, Cicero, New Hartford)

What You Bring
