Job summary

Chapter Aesthetic Studio is looking for a talented Registered Nurse to support guests across multiple studios in the Wisconsin/Minnesota region. You will travel between Sioux City, West Des Moines, Davenport, Coralville, and Cedar Rapids, delivering standout aesthetic treatments in a dynamic multi-site environment.

The role requires an active RN license in Iowa (multi-state licensure is a plus) and 1–3 years of medical aesthetics experience or formal aesthetics training.

• Willingness to move between studios in assigned area
• Professional and personable with guests and teammates

Responsibilities

• Deliver aesthetic treatments (Botox, fillers, microneedling, laser, etc.)
• Maintain consistent quality across multiple studios
• Support sales consultations and explain memberships/treatment options
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with protocols
• Ensure cleanliness and compliance across all treatment spaces
• Collaborate with studio teams to drive performance (revenue, retention)

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $70K+ base, plus monthly incentive pay. Your earning potential is truly up to you.

Location: Iowa Based based (Travel-based role supporting multiple Chapter Aesthetic Studio Locations Sioux City, West Des Moines, Davenport, Coralville, & Cedar Rapids)

What You'll Do

• Deliver standout treatments, including: Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRP/PRFM, laser resurfacing, and more.
• Bring consistency to every studio you visit. Guests should feel the same exceptional Chapter experience, wherever you are.
• Be a trusted guide. Support sales consultations and educate guests on memberships and treatment options.
• Keep the details sharp. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established protocols.
• Set the standard. Uphold cleanliness and compliance across every treatment environment.
• Move the needle. Partner with studio teams to drive performance — revenue, rebooking, and retention.

What You Bring

• Active RN license in Iowa (multi-state licensure is a big plus)
• 1–3 years of medical aesthetics experience, or formal aesthetics training
• Enthusiasm for a multi-site role, you're flexible and ready to move between studios in your assigned area
• A personable, confident, and professional presence with guests and teammates
• Sharp organizational and documentation skills
• Comfort with EMR platforms and treatment technology
• Self-motivation, adaptability, and a strong sense of clinical responsibility
