Job summary

Chapter Aesthetic Studio is seeking a confident Registered Nurse to deliver aesthetic treatments across multiple Dakota region studios. This travel-based, Fargo-focused role requires providing high-quality care at several locations including Fargo, Grand Forks, Rapid City, Sioux Falls and Sioux City.

You will perform treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling and laser resurfacing, while supporting guest consultations and maintaining precise clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Iowa; multi-state licensure is a plus.
• 1–3 years of medical aesthetics experience or formal aesthetics training.
• Willingness to travel between multiple studio locations and work across a Dakota region footprint.

Responsibilities

• Deliver aesthetic treatments (e.g., Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRP/PRFM, laser resurfacing).
• Maintain consistent patient experience across studios.
• Support sales consultations and educate guests on memberships and options.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow protocols.
• Uphold cleanliness and compliance in every treatment environment.
• Collaborate with studio teams to drive performance and retention.

Salary: $70K+ base, plus lucrative monthly incentive pay. Your earning potential is truly up to you.

Location: Fargo based Dakota's and parts of Iowa (Travel-based role supporting multiple Chapter Aesthetic Studio locations Fargo, Grand Forks, Rapid City, Sioux Falls and Sioux City)

• Move the needle. Partner with studio teams to drive performance — revenue, rebooking, and retention.

What You Bring

• Active RN license in Iowa (multi-state licensure is a big plus)
• 1–3 years of medical aesthetics experience, or formal aesthetics training
• Enthusiasm for a multi-site role, you're flexible and ready to move between studios in your assigned area
• A personable, confident, and professional presence with guests and teammates
• Sharp organizational and documentation skills
• Comfort with EMR platforms and treatment technology
• Self-motivation, adaptability, and a strong sense of clinical responsibility
