Chapter Aesthetic Studio, a premier aesthetic care provider, seeks a confident Registered Nurse to support guests across multiple Wisconsin/Minnesota studios. If you love variety and want an impact beyond a single clinic, this multi-site role was built for you.

You’ll deliver treatments like Botox and dermal fillers, travel between Sioux City, West Des Moines, Davenport, Coralville, and Cedar Rapids, and enjoy paid training, mileage reimbursement, and a competitive base with monthly incentives.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Iowa (multi-state licensure is a big plus).
• 1–3 years of medical aesthetics experience or formal aesthetics training.
• Enthusiasm for a multi-site role; willing to move between studios in assigned area.
• Personable, confident, and professional presence with guests and teammates.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Comfort with EMR platforms and treatment technology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver standout treatments, including: Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRP/PRFM, laser resurfacing, and more.
• Ensure consistency across all studios; guests receive the same high-quality experience.
• Support sales consultations and educate guests on memberships and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established protocols.
• Uphold cleanliness and compliance across every treatment environment.
• Collaborate with studio teams to drive revenue, rebooking, and retention.

Chapter Aesthetic Studio is looking for a talented, confidence-driven Registered Nurse to bring exceptional aesthetic care to guests across multiple studios in the Wisconsin/Minnesota region. Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $70K+ base, plus monthly incentive pay. Your earning potential is truly up to you.

Location: Iowa Based based (Travel-based role supporting multiple Chapter Aesthetic Studio Locations Sioux City, West Des Moines, Davenport, Coralville, & Cedar Rapids)

What You Bring

• Active RN license in Iowa (multi-state licensure is a big plus)
• 1–3 years of medical aesthetics experience, or formal aesthetics training
