Sora Resource Group is seeking an accomplished Vice President of Operations to lead a growing multi-site 3PL network. The role focuses on profitability, operational excellence, and talent development across warehousing, distribution, fulfillment, and value-added services.

Competenze

• 10+ years of progressive operations leadership in 3PL, warehousing, distribution, or related field.
• 5+ years overseeing multi-site operations through directors or regional managers.
• Experience managing full P&L responsibilities across multiple facilities.

Mansioni

• Oversee multi-site warehousing, distribution, fulfillment, and logistics operations across six states.
• Manage and develop Directors of Operations, Operations Excellence, and Safety.
• Maintain full P&L responsibility, focusing on profitability and cost control.
• Establish standardized operating procedures, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive improvements in safety, inventory accuracy, customer service, and operational performance.
• Lead new facility startups, customer implementations, and expansions.
• Partner with Sales and executive leadership on growth, pricing, and planning.
• Utilize WMS, EDI, and reporting to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Implement labor management strategies and cost-saving initiatives.
• Build leadership pipeline through coaching and development.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and customer requirements.
• Participate in executive planning, budgeting, and capital investments.
