Qualifications

• Independent judgement and decision making based on standard policy or procedures.
• Strong understanding of continuous improvement and lean tools.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse floor personnel, schedule work, and ensure safety and production quality.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members for high performance.
• Monitor safety standards, train associates, and address equipment maintenance issues.
• Optimize equipment, staffing, and materials usage to maximize productivity.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Manager to improve processes and layout for throughput.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and federal/state regulations.
