The role emphasizes efficient process control, safety compliance, coaching, and delivering objectives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. A high school diploma or BS/AS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Leads manufacturing staff and communicates job expectations.
• Plans, monitors, and appraises staff performance and enforces policies.
• Develops and implements cost reductions and reporting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day and long-term operations and staff within a Yates Services area.
• Ensure efficient operations through management of Technicians and relationships with employees.
• Oversee operations including Picking Operations, Material Handling, and customer service as needed.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment following 5S policies.
