• Support master scheduling to meet production needs
• Address non-conformances in safety, production, policies, and procedures
• Lead line process teams to improve quality and reduce costs
• Conduct team meetings and safety training
• Provide feedback to hourly employees on performance
• Promote core values daily
• Collaborate with operations and support teams
