The ideal candidate has 5+ years of supervisory experience in machining, fabrication, welding, or industrial manufacturing, with strong leadership and blueprint-reading skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Experience leading teams in a machining, fabrication, welding, assembly, or industrial manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of industrial safety practices and OSHA regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and promote a strong safety culture throughout the facility.
• Supervise daily manufacturing operations and production personnel.
• Coordinate labor, resources, and schedules to meet customer and production commitments.
• Partner with engineering, quality, and operations teams to support successful project execution.
• Monitor productivity, quality, labor utilization, and key performance metrics.
• Coach, train, and develop employees to improve performance and engagement.
• Maintain accurate production records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support equipment maintenance needs and continuous improvement initiatives.
