Job summary

National Beverage Corp is seeking a seasoned manufacturing leader to oversee multi-shift production of carbonated beverages. You will manage hourly teams and collaborate with production, quality, warehousing, and maintenance to meet plant goals.

The role requires strong strategic thinking, operational excellence, and the ability to coach staff across levels in a fast-paced environment. Travel between locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in business, supply chain management, logistics, engineering or equivalent.
• Master’s degree is preferred for advanced leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide production leadership to hourly employees on shift.
• Direct daily activities and long-term objectives with cross-shift managers.
• Lead multiple shifts to achieve plant goals in a seven-day environment.
• Independently handle assignments with expected results.
• Initiate resolution of technical and complex problems.
• Possibly extend responsibility across locations or shifts.
