Job summary

Shasta Beverages, Inc. seeks an experienced manufacturing supervisor to oversee carbonated beverage production across multiple shifts in Florida.

You will direct daily activities, coordinate with managers, coach staff, and drive long-term objectives of the department. Responsibilities include monitoring quality, ensuring GMP compliance, leading problem resolution, and maintaining a safe working environment for crews and temporary labor.

Qualifications

• Preferred college degree in business, supply chain management, logistics, engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a consumer packaged goods facility.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills in English.
• Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.
• Computer literacy required with proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing of carbonated soft drinks over a multi-shift operation.
• Directly manages daily activities and long-term objectives of the department.
• Coach and influence employees under supervision.
• Provide supervision for one to three shifts in a seven-day environment.
• Monitor overall product quality by inspections.
• Lead resolution of technical, unusual or complex problems.
• Ensure safety of crews and temporary labor.
• Provide supervision across locations, shifts, or buildings.
• Investigate to identify root causes of manufacturing problems.
