Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Chicago, IL is seeking an Additional Services Technician to provide termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, exclusion work, and related pest-management services with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

You will perform indoor and outdoor applications, explain treatment plans to customers, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with the office to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience required; mechanical aptitude with ladders and power tools.
• Must be 21+ and have a valid driver’s license; 3+ years driving history.
• Willingness to earn state-required pest control training/licensing.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services including termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, and exclusion work.
• Complete indoor and outdoor applications for new customers with attention to detail.
• Explain treatment plans and benefits to customers and address questions.
• Coordinate with office staff to ensure efficient service delivery and maintain records.
• Inspect and maintain vehicles, equipment, and PPE for safety.
