Job summary

Aramark is seeking a General Manager to plan, manage, and guide multiple contracted services for a client typically generating $2–15M+ in revenue, meeting operating and financial goals.

You will lead a team across food service, facility support, custodial services, retail, lodging, transportation, and more, building client relationships, prioritizing safety, and driving service excellence daily.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and client relationships.
• Experience with budgeting, financial controls, and contract services.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team delivering contracted services with hands-on operations management.
• Manages client and community relationships at the location to drive satisfaction.
• Builds and develops a management team to meet organizational objectives.
• Recommends improvements based on operational needs and contractual obligations.
• Partners with Finance to manage a budget and improve financial performance.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and Aramark standards.
