Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Coverage Specialist to step in for Route Service Representatives, covering delivery routes and ensuring seamless service for customers. Training on multiple routes will prepare you for proactive, adaptable work.

You will load and deliver garments, service accounts, handle invoices, and support new installations with the team. A driver’s license, safe driving record, and DOT compliance are required, with opportunities for growth within our supportive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or military service required.
• Must be at least 21 with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• DOT compliance: physical exam required.
• Strong customer service skills; ability to work independently while supporting a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency across multiple routes to provide top-tier service.
• Deliver garments and products to customers, load/unload, and collect used items for return.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Solve customer requests independently and maintain satisfaction.
• Accurately manage invoices, conduct inventory audits, and uphold vehicle safety and appearance.
