GHP Management Corporation is seeking a FlexOps Resident Specialist to support multiple Southern California communities, travel between properties, mentor staff, and improve resident engagement. The role emphasizes customer service and operational efficiency across leasing, maintenance coordination, and financial tasks.

You will act as a calm, professional representative of the brand, resolve resident concerns, and align with company culture and service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service or property management is valued.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for resident inquiries and service requests with prompt resolution.
• Set a Service Excellence standard and guide teams to deliver top-tier experiences.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out logistics including keys, parking, and packets.
• Mediates resident conflicts and provides solutions to management.
• Foster community engagement and address resident needs with empathy.
• Assist with lease renewals and retention to maintain high occupancy.
