Job summary

McKibbon Hospitality seeks a Dual Sales Manager in Charlotte, NC to drive sales and revenue growth for assigned hotels. You will report to the Director of Sales and lead the sales team, ensuring adherence to brand standards and McKibbon procedures.

You’ll analyze reports, manage accounts, and pursue new business while representing the properties in the local community. A degree and hotel sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates/Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-year minimum experience in hotel sales preferred.
• Experience with major brands like Marriott, Hilton or Hyatt is a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals.
• Ability to support operational teams and implement sales documentation.
• Ability to make revenue management decisions to grow market share.
• Strong organization and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and revenue generation for assigned properties.
• Maintain compliance with brand and McKibbon procedures.
• Participate in STAR report critique and month-end reporting.
• Enter sales activities into Delphi and manage traces and dockets.
• Research and prospect leads, set appointments, and pursue target accounts.
• Represent the properties in the local community and with clients.
• Support guest experience and satisfaction in all operations.
