Bell Partners is hiring a Floating Maintenance Technician to travel between communities within a designated market or region. You will perform interior and exterior maintenance, respond to repair requests, and ensure safety and resident privacy.

The role supports a diverse, inclusive workplace with strong training and growth opportunities. Responsibilities include routine maintenance, equipment checks, and coordination with vendors, all while upholding Bell Partners’ values and OSHA safety

Formación

• High School degree or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance at multiple properties.
• Respond to repair requests from residents and staff in a timely manner.
• Report malfunctions and hazardous conditions to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Maintain resident privacy and respect access to apartments.
• Follow safety/OSHA requirements and attend trainings as assigned.
• Coordinate with vendors for landscaping, painting, asphalt work, etc.
