Job summary

Agmgolf seeks an experienced Merchandise Manager to lead retail operations for The Golf Club at Dove Mountain, The Gallery, and The Gallery Sports/Lifestyle shop. You will curate a compelling assortment, drive sales and profitability, and manage the retail staff to deliver exceptional member and guest experiences.

Responsibilities include merchandise planning and buying, inventory control, visual merchandising, vendor management, analytics, and events promotion to maximize engagement and revenue.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail merchandising or buying, preferably in club or lifestyle retail.
• Experience managing inventory, open-to-buy, and markdowns to maximize margins.
• Ability to lead a small team and optimize customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual merchandising plan aligned with goals.
• Source and purchase inventory across apparel, equipment, and gifts.
• Monitor stock levels, markdowns, and shrinkage; manage reorders.
• Create engaging visual displays and maintain an inviting space.
• Negotiate with vendors and manage relationships and terms.
• Analyze sales data to drive profitability and targets.
• Deliver exceptional member/guest service and train staff.
• Plan promotions and events tying retail to club activities.
