Job summary

Arborlinks-Golf-Club seeks a Merchandise Manager to lead the golf shop and merchandise operations, ensuring top-notch presentation, inventory control, and member/guest service. You will partner with the Head Golf Professional and Director of Retail Operations to optimize displays, manage stock, and drive performance across the network, while upholding policy and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience in retail management, merchandising, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily golf shop and merchandise operations in partnership with the Head Golf Professional and Director of Retail Operations.
• Maintain organization and presentation of merchandise on the sales floor and in storage areas.
• Place, receive, and track merchandise orders to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Consult with the Director of Retail Operations on proper placement and presentation of merchandise displays.
• Establish standards for appearance and maintain visual merchandising across the golf shop and clubhouse.
