Spring Run Golf Club Community Association, Inc. is seeking a Golf Merchandiser to drive the success of our Golf Shop merchandise operation, delivering exceptional service to members and guests.

This role plans, purchases, displays, and manages golf apparel and related merchandise, maintains inventory controls, analyzes trends, and partners with vendors to maximize sales and profitability. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in golf merchandising, retail buying, golf shop operations, or related field.
• Fundamental knowledge of golf merchandising and the game of golf.
• Experience with merchandise purchasing, inventory management, and vendor relationships.
• Experience in private clubs, golf clubs, hospitality, or member-service environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Golf Shop merchandising and purchasing to support the overall Golf Operation.
• Develop buying plans and coordinate all golf merchandise purchasing.
• Maintain appropriate merchandise levels based on season and sales trends.
• Present a diverse and desirable selection of golf apparel and related merchandise.
• Develop and maintain open-to-buy plans within budget parameters.
• Attend approved merchandise buying shows and industry events within budget.
