Windsor Communities is seeking an Area Leasing Consultant I to drive leasing across Windsor Ridgewood, Windsor Leesburg, Windsor Herndon, and Windsor Oak Creek in Fairfax/Leesburg/Herndon, VA. You’ll leverage local market knowledge, conduct personalized tours, and close leases through persuasive selling in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of proven sales success in a quota-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in Windsor Communities and the local market to engage and convert prospects.
• Conduct personalized tours and use persuasive selling techniques to secure leases.
• Follow up with leads and build lasting relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
• Collaborate with teams across multiple properties (1–4 communities) to maximize leasing success.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies and social media outreach to boost occupancy.
