Windsor Communities is seeking an Area Leasing Consultant II for multiple properties in Orange County, CA. If you love sales and closing deals, this role offers a commission-based earning potential and opportunities across 1-4 communities.

You will conduct personalized tours, use persuasive selling techniques, and build lasting relationships to drive occupancy and referrals. Competitive compensation with quarterly incentives and growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience meeting and exceeding quotas in a commission-driven environment.
• Bonus-driven mentality; motivated by performance-based incentives and big rewards.
• Direct, first-hand experience closing deals with customers.
• Weekend availability to capture peak leasing traffic.
• Energetic, engaging personality with high energy and enthusiasm.
• Experience spanning high-touch, customer-facing industries such as Automotive, Real Estate, Financial Services, Tech/SaaS, Medical devices, Recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in our communities and the local market to engage and convert prospects.
• Conduct personalized tours and use persuasive selling techniques to secure leases.
• Follow up with leads and build lasting relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
• Collaborate with teams across multiple properties (1-4 communities) to maximize leasing success.
• Get creative and help implement marketing strategies and social media outreach to boost occupancy.
