Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of sales experience meeting and exceeding quotas in a commission-driven environment.
• Bonus-driven incentives and a track record of closing deals with customers.
• Front-line sales experience with direct interaction and closing abilities.
• Weekend availability to capture peak leasing traffic.
• Energetic, engaging, and capable of high-energy interactions.
• Experience in high-touch, customer-facing industries including real estate and sales.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in our communities and the local market to engage and convert prospects.
• Conduct personalized tours and use persuasive selling techniques to secure leases.
• Follow up with leads and build lasting relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
