TrueNet Communications is seeking a Project Supervisor to manage multiple initiatives, coordinate with Project Managers, and act as the primary liaison among stakeholders. The role involves drafting proposals, budgets, and schedules, and ensuring projects stay on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in project coordination, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Windows and MS Office.

Formación

• 3+ years of industry related experience.
• 3+ years' project coordinator experience required.
• Experience with a major MSO or Telecom provider preferred.
• Working knowledge of relevant, project related software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate to Expert ability with Windows operating systems.
• Expert level ability with Microsoft Office applications - Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Ability to prioritize and complete assignments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Able to work alone, and with a team.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, verbal and written communications skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage two or more project initiatives simultaneously and provide direction.
• Coordinate efforts under Project Manager/Sr. PM for timely completion.
• Serve as the point of contact among stakeholders.
• Assist in drafting proposals, budgets, and schedules.
• Attend client meetings with PM or independently as needed.
• Define project scope with stakeholders and ensure Feasibility.
• Review, report, and track revenue for projects.
• Work with internal resources and external contractors.
• Ensure on-time, within scope and within budget delivery.
• Prepare action plans to improve production and productivity.
• Track and report progress weekly.
• Supervise project team members.
