Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• 1–3 years of desktop experience.
• MCDST or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service desk tickets and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software on end-user devices.
• Keep systems updated and secure from bugs and malware.
• Diagnose and repair hardware problems; replace components as needed.
• Provide training and support to employees on hardware/software use.
• Document issues, steps, and resolutions in the incident system.
• Maintain hardware/software asset inventory.
• Collaborate with Technology teams to resolve complex issues.
