The successful candidate will collaborate with physicians and regional leadership to implement operational initiatives, improve patient access, and drive service excellence in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3–5 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced multi-physician setting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and computer skills essential for daily operations and staff interactions.
• Ability to lead, train, and develop staff while coordinating with physicians and regional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily practice operations: reception, phones, scheduling, and workflows.
• Hire, onboard, train and manage staff to ensure high-quality patient service.
• Ensure adherence to FGP policies, HIPAA, compliance, and HR standards.
• Monitor patient experience, gather feedback, and implement improvements.
• Direct staff meetings, performance reviews, and cross-department collaboration.
• Coordinate with clinic leadership to optimize workflows and patient access.
