Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Registered Professional Nurse in New York.
• Two years nursing experience in applicable area.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; ADN may be approved contingent upon Nursing Leadership.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS).

Responsibilities

• Performs physical examinations and diagnostic tests.
• Collects patient health history and records information in the EMR.
• Administers medications including vaccines and IV therapy; provides wound care.
• Triage for clinical concerns and directs patient flow with the care team.
• Collaborates with licensed providers to develop patient-centered care plans.
