• Coach, mentor, and develop a diverse team of managers, supervisors, and hourly associates.
• Drive financial performance by managing labor, food costs, inventory, waste, and profitability across all locations.
• Partner with culinary, beverage, purchasing, and resort leadership to ensure seamless execution of daily operations, events, and peak periods.
• Monitor guest feedback and operational metrics to continuously improve service standards and guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company operating standards across every outlet.
