Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is hiring a Quick Service Supervisor to lead fast-paced dining outlets at our upcoming Spotsylvania, VA location. You’ll supervise front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensure food quality, and drive speed of service in grab-and-go and high-volume environments.

We seek hands-on leaders with 2+ years of management in hospitality, ability to manage schedules and costs, and comfort working under pressure.

Qualifications

• General food and beverage knowledge required.
• Minimum 2 years of progressive management experience in a hotel, resort, or quick-service setting preferred.
• Experience with high volume operations is a must.
• Prior restaurant or fast-food experience is required; supervisory responsibilities are a plus.
• General knowledge and understanding of P&L statements.
• Prior experience managing inventory, food cost, and labor cost required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily BOH operations, including prep, service, and closing in a high-volume setting.
• Help lead kitchen team in executing standardized recipes and maintaining food quality.
• Ensure fast ticket times, clean workspaces, and food safety compliance.
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, and controlling food costs and waste.
• Coordinate with FOH and expo for smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.

Pay Rate - $22 - $24/Hr.
