Qualifications

• Understanding of menu preparation, production organization, and kitchen workflow.
• FIFO inventory control practices should be implemented.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail and high food quality standards.
• Effective communication with team members, vendors, and guests.
• Identify and report equipment or safety concerns.

• Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
