Job summary

MaineHealth is seeking a Multi-Modality Imaging Technologist I to perform diagnostic imaging procedures across Radiologic Technology and CT Technologist roles. This dual-modality position supports high-quality imaging and patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment.

The role requires ARRT certification, state licensure, and ongoing professional development to maintain proficiency in both modalities, along with compliance with safety standards and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology required.
• Current ARRT certification required as Radiologic Technologist; Mammography/CT/Bone Density tech certs required for Level I in each modality.
• Valid state radiologic license required; BLS certification required or within 30 days of start.

The Multi-Modality Imaging Technologist I – role performs diagnostic imaging procedures across the Radiologic Technologist and CT Technologist role.

This dual-modality position requires proficiency in both modalities to ensure high -quality diagnostic imaging and patient care.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

• Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Radiological Technology required.
• License/Certifications: Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification required as a Radiologic Technologist, plus a Mammography Technologist, CT Technologist, or Bone Density Technologist certification required for a Level I Technologist in each modality (see specific modality Level I job descriptions). Valid applicable state(s) license in Radiologic Technology required. Current BLS certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Experience: Must meet at a minimum all Level I requirements within each of the modalities as required in each job description.

The pay range for this position is $34.35to $46.46 per hour.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
