Job summary

The MaineHealth system seeks a Multi-Modality Imaging Technologist I at Pen Bay Hospital to perform diagnostic imaging in radiology and CT. The role requires proficiency across modalities to maintain high-quality imaging and patient care for patients in Maine and New Hampshire.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification as Radiologic Technologist and CT Technologist certification for Level I Technologist; state Radiologic Technology license required.
• Current BLS certification required or obtained within 30 days of start date.

Summary:
The Multi-Modality Imaging Technologist I - Rad Tech role performs diagnostic imaging procedures across the Radiologic Technologist role as well as CT Technologist.

This dual-modality position requires proficiency in both modalities to ensure high -quality diagnostic imaging and patient care.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Radiological Technology required.


2. License/Certifications: Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification required as a Radiologic Technologist, plus CT Technologist certification required for a Level I Technologist. (see specific modality Level I job descriptions). Valid applicable state(s) license in Radiologic Technology required. Current BLS certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of start date.


3. Experience: Must meet at a minimum all Level I requirements within each of the modalities as required in each job description.

The pay range for this position is $34.35to $46.46 per hour.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
