Froedtert Health is seeking a skilled imaging technician to prepare patients, perform imaging procedures, and operate necessary imaging equipment. This role involves following radiologist directives and adhering to all safety protocols while ensuring effective communication with patients and staff.
The position requires ARRT registration and Wisconsin licensure, along with expertise in at least two imaging modalities such as CT, Mammography, or MRI. Competitive benefits and a $10,000 sign-on bonus are offered.
US: WI: WAUWATOSA at our CDI-WAUWATOSA facility. Locations will fluctuate between Oak Creek, Greenfield, Wauwatosa, Waukesha, Menomonee Falls, Mequon, and West Bend.
On‑site, FTE 1.0 (40 hrs), Shift 1. Hours vary from 06:30–10:30 pm, with some PM shifts.
Eligible for $10,000 sign on bonus.
At the direction of a radiologist and/or other providers, prepares patients, performs imaging procedures and operates imaging equipment. Performs diagnostic studies according to specific guidelines and prescribed protocols while utilizing appropriate radiation protection measures. Adheres to organizational customer service standards and supports excellence initiatives. Provides positive and effective interaction and communication with patients, visitors, and staff. Performs ancillary services and assists in patient care areas as necessary. Is currently working in 2 or more of the following modalities and meets the requirements of advanced certification: Bone Densitometry, CT, Diagnostic X‑ray, Interventional Radiology, Mammography, and MRI. Other duties as assigned.
