Job summary

Digi Security Systems is seeking a Warehouse & Inventory Manager to own operations across all locations, ensuring accurate inventory, ready material, and assets are tracked for every project and service call.

The role leads cycle counts, kitting, stocking, and cost controls while giving real-time visibility to field teams. 5+ years in warehouse/inventory management and ERP experience are required. Travel up to 30% to support Digi locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse and inventory management, preferably in the security systems or low voltage industry.
• Proven track record of leading and developing high performing teams across multiple locations.
• Knowledge of inventory control systems such as ConnectWise or a comparable ERP/inventory platform.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with technical teams, PMs, procurement and leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, logistics, or related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 2 weeks vacation accrual, 9 holidays, 401k with company matching, health benefits.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory accuracy across all locations through disciplined cycle counts and annual physical counts.
• Receive, inspect, kit, verify, and stage material so projects have ready kits 72 hours before start.
• Travel 25-30% to other Digi locations.
• Track tools and assets; maintain an asset register and OSHA-compliant warehouses.
• Resolve discrepancies within 72 hours and manage RMAs from initiation to credit resolution.
• Lead, coach, and develop inventory coordinators across branches.
• Build and deliver monthly inventory health reporting by branch and storage.
