Job summary

Digi Security Systems is seeking a TEMP Warehouse/Inventory Coordinator in Dallas, TX to manage inventory, equipment and materials for projects and service calls. The role ensures items are received, organized, kitted and accounted for so field technicians can perform work without delays.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in inventory management and strong computer, communication, and organizational skills; experience in commercial construction, low-voltage or electrical industries is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of inventory management experience or more.
• Experience in commercial construction, low-voltage, or electrical industries preferred.
• Strong computer, communication, administrative, and organizational skills required.
• Forklift certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Kit and prepare items for projects and service calls; order parts; track receipts; conduct regular inventory checks and internal audits; investigate discrepancies.
• Documentation and Reporting: Generate POs and receipts; report on inventory levels, stock movements and discrepancies; maintain documentation of transactions.
• Management: Distribute PPE, hardware and software licenses to technicians; assist with Box Sales; generate POs for Accounting.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with project managers, branch managers and corporate operations to ensure smooth information flow; optimize warehouse storage space.
• Technology Utilization: Use inventory management software and tools to streamline processes and maintain accurate records.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on incoming and existing inventory; coordinate and track RMA equipment.
