Job summary

TalentRemedy is seeking a results-driven Recruiter to support hiring across multiple service locations. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, develop pipelines, and partner with leaders to attract and retain top talent.

Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and maintaining hiring metrics while ensuring alignment with our service standards and culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong communication, interviewing, and organizational skills.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Experience with high-volume, multi-location recruiting.
• Experience in retail, automotive, hospitality, or other service industries is a plus.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly, supervisory, and management positions.
• Forecast hiring needs with operational leaders and maintain staffing levels.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, events.
• Build talent pipelines for current openings, turnover, new locations, and management succession.
• Balance speed with quality, retention potential, and cultural fit.
• Maintain ATS data and recruiting metrics including conversion and open positions.
• Lead new-hire orientations covering policies, culture, and values.
• Conduct staffing reviews by location and develop recruitment plans.
• Oversee onboarding for first 60 days with operational support.
