MB2 Dental, a first-of-its-kind Dental Partnership Organization, is hiring a Multi-Location SEO Manager in Carrollton, TX. You will lead organic growth strategies for a network of partner practices, optimizing local pages, profiles, and enterprise SEO efforts.

You will own technical SEO initiatives, manage external agency partners, and develop standardized location reporting. Strong analytics and communication skills are essential for executive-level insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth, or digital performance marketing.
• Proven success in developing and executing SEO strategies within multi-location organizations.
• Experience driving search optimization across SEO, AI search, and related technologies.
• Strong background managing SEO agencies, consultants, or external partners.
• Advanced proficiency with GA4, GSC, GTM, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or comparable platforms.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to executive and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organic search strategy for our network of partner practice websites, driving visibility and patient acquisition.
• Build and optimize frameworks for Google Business Profiles, local citations, and multi-location page performance.
• Own technical SEO initiatives including site architecture, indexation, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals.
• Manage relationships with external SEO partners to align KPIs with business outcomes.
• Develop standardized reporting across locations and translate data into executive insights.
• Leverage GA4, GSC, GTM, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Power BI to drive actionable performance.
