You will partner with doctors, operations leaders, and office teams to identify opportunities and execute digital marketing programs including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO, while analyzing performance data to drive ROI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of orthodontic marketing experience preferred.
• Experience supporting orthodontic practices, DSOs, or multi-location healthcare.
• Strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, and marketing reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to drive patient growth across affiliated orthodontic practices.
• Partner with doctors, operations leaders, and office teams to identify opportunities and create growth plans.
• Manage digital marketing programs including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, local SEO, and online reputation management.
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Monitor KPIs such as new patient volume, lead conversion, production growth, and marketing ROI.
• Present actionable recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
• Support referral marketing, community outreach, and local engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with agencies to ensure strong execution and optimization.
• Manage multiple projects with timelines and budgets, delivering high-quality results.
