Job summary

S.E. Combined Services of Florida seeks a seasoned sales leader to guide location leadership across our funeral home network in Austin and beyond.

You will develop annual sales goals, drive revenue growth, and improve customer engagement scores by collaborating with market leadership and sales teams. Responsibilities include coaching a multi-location sales force, expanding brand awareness, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations while delivering exceptional service and margin

Qualifications

• Ten-plus years of direct sales with leadership experience.
• Experience managing a sales force across multiple locations.
• Strong pricing, market, and competitive awareness.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• MS Office proficiency; familiarity with databases.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to location leadership to achieve sales goals.
• Coach, train, and motivate Sales Associates to exceed targets.
• Develop annual sales goals within Territory / AOR.
• Collaborate with Market Leadership to expand brand and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
