Qualificações

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical diploma in Funeral Services preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Mortuary Science or equivalent as required by state law.
• Funeral Director license as required by state law.

Responsabilidades

• Develop annual business plan and budget with Market Leadership to meet financial, production and revenue goals.
• Monitor financial trends with Finance Field Manager and drive financial goals.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, schedule management, and customer service to exceed client expectations.
• Lead staff development, provide coaching, feedback, and succession planning.
