Service Corporation International (SCI) in Greenville, SC seeks a senior sales leader to guide market expansion, achieve annual sales goals, and drive customer engagement across multiple funeral home locations and lines of business.

In collaboration with market leadership, you will forecast goals, coach sales teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop plans to grow brand and market share while improving customer satisfaction and online reviews.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 10+ years funeral industry sales with leadership experience.
• 5+ years in direct sales in funeral/cemetery pre-need.
• 3+ years managing and coaching a direct sales team to hit goals.
• Proficient in MS Office and data/database usage.
• Bi-lingual preferred; valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Forecast and achieve annual sales goals with Market and Sales Leadership.
• Coach and motivate Sales Associates to meet customer satisfaction and margins.
• Guide location leadership on production, revenue, and goals.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop plans to improve customer satisfaction and online reviews.
• Collaborate with Market Leadership to remove operational barriers.
