Job summary

SolutionHealth seeks an experienced Practice Manager to oversee administrative operations across multiple pediatric locations, collaborating with Medical Directors and leadership to optimize workflows and patient access.

The role emphasizes staff management, scheduling, Epic workflow optimization, and budget oversight to improve efficiency, reimbursement, and patient experience while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, hospital administration, or a closely related field.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in multi-location practice management.
• Proficiency with MS Office software.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily administrative operations of EPN/EPS practices, including patient interactions, Epic utilization, clinical workflow, documentation, scheduling, and financial forms.
• Partner with Medical Director to oversee day-to-day operations, clinic flow, staffing, scheduling, access, Epic utilization, and patient service.
• Collaborates with providers and leadership to support policy development and practice standards.
• Manages administrative staff to ensure timely completion of tasks, customer service excellence, and optimal reimbursement.
