Job summary

Elliot Health System seeks an experienced healthcare administrator to manage the Londonderry, Bedford, and Windham pediatric locations. Working under the Director, you will supervise administrative operations, optimize Epic usage, coordinate scheduling, billing, and patient access, and drive efficiency across multiple sites.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the Medical Director, staff development, performance reviews, budget monitoring, and strategic planning for growth.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 3–5 years of supervisory experience in healthcare administration.
• Experience in practice management across multiple locations.
• Proficiency with Epic or comparable EHR systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily administrative operations of pediatric practices, including scheduling, patient access, and billing.
• Partners with Medical Director to supervise clinic flow and staffing.
• Manages staff and budgets to optimize reimbursement and cost efficiency.
• Develops dashboards and reports to track KPIs and patient experience.
