Job summary

Elliot Health System is seeking a Practice Manager II to oversee pediatric locations in Bedford, Londonderry, and Windham. You will supervise administrative staff, optimize clinic workflows, and ensure efficient operations across sites while partnering with clinical leadership.

Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, revenue cycle collaboration, and implementing process improvements to enhance patient access and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, hospital administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience, preferably across multiple locations.
• Proficiency with MS Office software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily admin operations for multiple pediatric sites.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and physician templates to optimize access.
• Manage budgets, recruitment, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with Medical Directors on operations and policy development.
• Monitor patient experience and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
