Job summary

The role requires travel between Triangle locations, strong customer service, and leadership in a complex hospital/clinic environment. 40-hour work week with variable scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher-level degree may satisfy this requirement.
• Associate's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Health Administration or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Strong customer service and time-management skills; ability to analyze information and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a patient access team across multiple clinics and hospital departments.
• Ensure registration and point-of-service collections are efficient and compliant with billing regulations.
• Lead staff recruitment, onboarding, evaluations, and training.
• Collaborate on revenue optimization analyses and process improvement projects.
• Maintain relationships with clinical departments and senior leadership to meet financial goals.
