Sherwin-Williams Co. is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support our retail stores, assisting wholesale and retail customers, advising on products, and resolving concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role involves handling sales, maintaining store presentation, and supporting deliveries while meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals. Strong communication and bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are valued.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
