Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist customers in-store and by phone, determine needs, and present solutions. You will process sales, maintain displays, and help meet store goals while ensuring safe handling of products and adherence to policies.

Qualified candidates will have a High School diploma or GED, 1+ year in retail or customer service, and experience with paint-related products or tinting equipment. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services

• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
