Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is hiring a Customer Service Specialist for Store #3293 in South Elgin, IL. You will assist wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, recommend products, and process sales with accuracy while aiming to exceed store goals.

Responsibilities include handling in-person and phone inquiries, stocking displays, tinting and mixing products when needed, and supporting deliveries. The role requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
